What to Expect When Booking Sports Action Coverage


📸 The Coverage

When you book with me, you’ll get full sports action photography for your event. I typically deliver 15–30+ professionally edited digital photos that capture the best game moments.


đź“ť Booking & Payment

Your spot is secured once the booking form and payment are completed. Please note that payments are non-refundable unless I have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.


🎯 During the Event

I’ll be focused on getting the best action shots possible. Keep in mind, I can’t control factors like weather, lighting, or how much playing time an athlete gets.


đź’» Delivery of Photos

All final photos are delivered in a private online gallery (Pixieset or similar). Expect delivery within 1–2 weeks of your event.


đź“‚ Usage Rights

You’ll have personal rights to download, share, and print your images. Commercial use or resale isn’t allowed without written permission. I also keep the copyright, which means I may use some photos in my portfolio, marketing, or social media.


⚖️ Liability

If something major happens—like equipment failure, illness, or emergency—my responsibility is limited to refunding your booking fee.
